远红外线治疗仪联合护理干预在老年血液透析患者动静脉内瘘术后的应用

Application of far-infrared therapeutic apparatus combined with nursing intervention in elderly patients with hemodialysis after arteriovenous fistula surgery

目的分析远红外线治疗仪联合护理干预在老年血液透析患者动静脉内瘘术后的应用价值。方法将2020年3-5月德阳市人民医院收治的40例老年血液透析患者设为对照组,将2020年6-8月该院收治的40例老年血液透析患者设为观察组,两组均行动静脉内瘘术,对照组术后给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合应用远红外线治疗仪,比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组透析时的血流量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后1年内的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将远红外线治疗仪联合护理干预应用于老年血液透析患者动静脉内瘘术后,可有效提高透析时的血流量,降低并发症发生风险。

Objective To analyze the application value of far-infrared therapeutic apparatus combined with nursing intervention in elderly patients with hemodialysis patients after arteriovenous fistula surgery.Methods The 40 elderly hemodialysis patients admitted to Deyang People's Hospital from March to May 2020 were set as the control group,and the 40 elderly hemodialysis patients admitted to the hospital from June to August 2020 were set as the observation group.Action venous fistula surgery,the control group was given routine nursing intervention after operation,the observation group was combined with far-infrared therapeutic apparatus on the basis of the control group,and the intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The blood flow of the observation group during dialysis was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of far-infrared therapeutic apparatus combined with nursing intervention in elderly patients with hemodialysis after arteriovenous fistula can effectively improve the blood flow during dialysis and reduce the risk of complications.
