锰铁合金中氧氮含量联合测定方法应用实践 被引量:1

摘要 针对应用Leco公司ONH836脉冲加热惰气熔融热导法同时测定锰铁合金中氧、氮的分析条件展开试验研究。结果表明,助熔剂与样品质量比3∶1~10∶1时熔渣分布均匀。氧、氮同时测定时脱气功率为5.5 kW,分析功率为5.0 kW,分析积分时间分别为40 s、60 s时结果稳定。在优化条件下建立的氧、氮校正曲线线性好,相关系数大于0.999;分析样品的相对标准偏差均小于5%。本方法简便、快速、准确,在实际生产分析中取得了良好的效果。 The paper studies the analysis conditions for joint determination of oxygen and nitrogen in ferromanganese alloy by means of Leco ONH836 pulse heating inert gas fusion-thermal conductivity method,the results show that the distribution of the molten slag is uniform when the mass ratio of the flux and the sample is between 3∶1 and 10∶1.The degassing power is 5.5 kW and the analysing power is 5.0 kW when oxygen and nitrogen are jointly determined.The result is stable at 40 s and 60 s of analysis integration time respectively.The calibration curves of oxygen and nitrogen with good linearity can be established under optimized conditions,the correlation cofficient is over 0.999.The relative standard deviation of the analysis samples are less than 0.5%.Good results are obtained in actual production analysis by using the method.
