摘要 在早期以机动车道功能优先为设计理念指导下建设的部分老城区市政道路,对慢行系统基础设施的规划少、投入少,导致慢行交通出行不便,交通安全事故频发。针对此问题,对慢行系统建设的必要性、现状情况进行了分析,从改善慢行系统目标、重构横断面、优化人行过街、激活临街界面等方面提出了精细化设计的思路,以满足当前道路交通高品质的要求。 In the early days, some municipal roads in the old cities were constructed under the guidance of the design concept of giving priority to the function of motor vehicle road. The less planning and less investment of slow-moving system infrastructure has led to the inconvenient slow-moving traffic travel and frequent traffic safe accidents. Aiming at these problems, the necessity and present situation of slow-moving system construction are analyzed. The refining design idea is proposed from the aspects of improving the slow-moving system, rebuilding the cross section, optimizing the pedestrian crossing and activating the frontage interface in order to satisfy the requirements of the current high-quality road traffic.
