摘要
对广东省惠州市鹅城大桥的创新设计进行了分析介绍。紧密结合当地自然、人文,进行了极具地域特色的桥梁景观造型设计,呼应了惠州“鹅城”的千年美称。主桥采用四跨连续空间斜跨异型系杆拱桥,主跨跨度为180m,为国内最大的空间斜跨偏态系杆拱桥。采用拱、塔和梁固结,墩梁分离体系。主梁创新性地采用正交异型钢桥面板与多片梁的结构形式。拱肋由五大系统组成,包括主拱肋、副拱肋、主副拱肋之间的斜杆、两副拱之间的曲杆以及曲杆之间的水平拉索等构件。主拱拱肋中心线为空间斜跨偏态曲线,吊索成空间放射性布置,吊索采用高强度平行钢丝吊索,主梁、拱肋系统和鹅塔均采用Q345qD桥梁结构钢。下部结构采用C40花瓶造型墩柱和水下C35钻孔灌注群桩基础。
The innovative design of E-Cheng Bridge located in Huizhou, Guangdong Province is introduced and analyzed. Combined with the local nature and humanity, the landscape modeling design of the bridge with the great regional characteristics is carried out to work in concert with the Huzhou "Goose City" millennium reputation. The main bridge is a four-span continuous spatial skew-span shaped bowstring arch bridge. Its main span is 180 m long. It is the largest spatial skew-span eccentric bowstring arch bridge in China. Its arch, pylon and beam are consolidated, and the pier-beam separated system is adopted. The structural style of orthogonal deformed steel deck slab and multiple girder is innovatively adopted for the main girder. The arch rib is composed of five systems including the main arch rib, the auxiliary arch rib, the oblique bar between the main and the auxiliary arch ribs, the curved bar between the two auxiliary arches and the horizontal cable between the curved bars. The center line of the main arch rib is a spatial skew-span eccentric curve. The slings are arranged in a spatial radioactive way. The slings are the high-strength parallel steel wire slings. The main girder, the arch rib system and the goose pylon are all made of Q345q D bridge structural steel. The substructure is the C40vase-shaped pier column and underwater C35 cast-in-situ group pile foundation.
