复杂地形条件下产业园区竖向规划设计研究

摘要 结合安顺黄桶物流产业园区竖向规划实例,分析复杂地形条件下产业园区竖向规划设计的特点,提出相适应的总体竖向规划设计流程。对复杂地形条件下铁路、市政道路、地面排水防洪、用地性质、土石方平衡、城市景观和工程建设等方面影响因素及其需满足条件进行归纳总结。最终竖向规划成果满足土方总体平衡,工程建设经济合理,使总体竖向规划设计方案合理可行,取得良好的经济社会效益。为今后类似安顺黄桶物流产业园区的复杂条件下园区竖向规划提供一定参考作用。 Combined with the vertical planning example of Anshun Huangtong Logistics Industrial Park,the characteristics of the vertical planning and design of the industrial park under complex terrain conditions are analyzed, and the corresponding overall vertical planning and design process is proposed.The influencing factors of railways, municipal roads, ground drainage and flood control, land use properties, earth-rock balance, urban landscape, and engineering construction under the complex terrain conditions, and the conditions that need to be met are summarized. The final vertical planning results meet the overall balance of earthwork, the construction of the project is economically reasonable, and the overall vertical planning design scheme is reasonable and feasible, and the good economic and social benefits are achieved. Some references are provided for the vertical planning of the park under the complex conditions similar to the Anshun Huangtong Logistics Industrial Park in the future.
