透层油对钢渣道路的基-面层层间抗剪性能影响研究 被引量:6

摘要 为了研究透层油的种类及用量对钢渣道路中基−面层层间抗剪性能的影响,以水泥稳定钢渣基层−透层−钢渣沥青面层的复合试件作为研究对象,分别选用SBS改性沥青、乳化沥青与基质沥青作为透层油制作基−面层试件,采用万能材料试验机对基−面层试件进行斜剪试验,并对斜剪试验数据进行灰色关联度及方差分析,得出最佳透层油及其最佳用量。应用ABAQUS有限元软件建立水泥稳定钢渣基层−透层−钢渣沥青面层的有限元分析模型,引入摩擦因数结合斜剪试验的结果,建立摩擦因数与最佳透层油用量之间的模型。研究结果表明:3种透层油中,撒布SBS改性沥青的试件抗剪强度最大、基质沥青次之、乳化沥青最小,结合黏结系数与灰色关联度分析结果确定以SBS改性沥青作为最佳透层油;SBS改性沥青用量与层间抗剪强度之间服从二次函数关系,在0.6~1.4 kg/m2的用量内,SBS改性沥青的最佳用量为0.96 kg/m2,此用量下取得最大抗剪强度1.01 MPa;采用有限元分析的方法,提出SBS改性沥青用量与摩擦因数之间的公式,并且依据该公式推荐SBS改性沥青用量为0.7~1.3 kg/m2,此时摩擦因数建议取0.69~0.71。当SBS改性沥青用量为0.96 kg/m2时,摩擦因数建议取0.71。 To study the influence of the type and amount of penetrating oil on the shear performance between the base and surface layer of steel slag road,the composite specimens of cement stabilized steel slag base layer-permeable layer-steel slag asphalt surface layer were used as the research object,and SBS modified asphalt,emulsified asphalt, and base asphalt were used as permeable layer oil to make base-surface specimens. The universal material testing machine was used to conduct oblique shear tests on the base-surface specimens, and the oblique shear test data was subjected to grey correlation and variance analysis,and the optimum oil and its optimum dosage were obtained. The finite element analysis model of cement stabilized steel slag base layer- permeable layer-steel slag asphalt surface layer was established by ABAQUS finite element software. The friction coefficient combined with the results of the oblique shear test was introduced to establish a model between the friction coefficient and the optimal permeable oil consumption. The research results show that, among the three types of permeable layer oils, the shear strength of specimens sprinkled with SBS modified asphalt is the highest, followed by matrix asphalt, and emulsified asphalt is the smallest. Combining the results of cohesive coefficient and gray correlation analysis, SBS modified asphalt is determined as the best permeable oil;the relationship between the amount of SBS modified asphalt and the shear strength between layers follows a quadratic function. Within the amount of 0.6~1.4 kg/m2, the best amount of SBS modified asphalt is 0.96 kg/m2, the maximum shear strength of 1.01 MPa was obtained at this amount;by using the method of finite element analysis, a formula between the amount of SBS modified asphalt and the friction coefficient was proposed, and the amount of SBS modified asphalt was recommended to be 0.7~1.3 kg/m2. Meanwhile, the friction coefficient was recommended to be 0.69~0.71. When the amount of SBS modified asphalt was 0.96 kg/m2, the friction coefficient was recommended to be 0.71.
