摘要
通过对80种长大货车车型和15种转向架进行统计分类,研究了我国铁路长大货车与红外线轴温探测系统(THDS)的适应性。结合转向架类型及THDS热轴探测原理,提出了长大货车THDS轴温探测适应性判断标准。针对无法利用THDS进行轴温探测的车型,提出了轴箱设计及改造建议,为THDS对于我国现存长大货车的轴温探测适应性改造及未来新车型的设计提供参考。
In this paper,the adaptability of trace hotbox detection system(THDS)for railway heavy duty freight cars existing in China is investigated,80 kinds of railway heavy duty freight cars and 15 kinds of bogies are discussed and categorized.Based on the bogie type of railway heavy duty freight cars and the hotbox detection principle of THDS,the judgment standards of THDS adaptability for railway heavy duty freight cars are proposed.In addition,structure modification and design suggestions for axle box are put forwarded,which can provide reference for adaptability transformation of existing railway heavy duty freight cars and new design in future.
