U5A型空重车调整阀应急膜板制作与可行性调研

Manufacture and Feasibility Investigation of Emergency Diaphragm Plate for U5A Empty and Heavy Car Regulating Valve

根据目前常用的U5A空重车调整阀途中故障应急方案存在的问题,结合U5A空重车调整阀工作原理,设计制作了一种应急膜板。经现车试验,可实现在U5A空重车调整阀故障时,代替原故障空重车阀,由104型或F8型分配阀直接控制车辆的制动缓解状态,达到途中快速有效应急的目的。

With regard to existed problems in the failure emergency plan of regulating valve used on U5A empty and load car at present,combined with the working principle of U5A empty and load car regulating valve,a kind of emergency diaphragm plate is designed and manufactured.When the U5A empty and heavy car regulating valve fails,it can replace the original failed empty and heavy car regulating valve,and the 104 or F8 distributing valve can directly control the vehicle’s braking and relieving state,thus achieving the goal of rapid and effective emergency response on the way.
