沈阳地铁电客车振动问题的研究与解决措施探讨

摘要 文中主要从沈阳地铁在实际电客车验收过程中遇到的个别电客车客室地板振动问题入手,调查其振动来源,并从振源与传输途径2个方面出发调查振动原因。针对振动原因排查出引起客室地板振动的具体部件及位置,提出相应解决措施并最终解决振动问题,保证了电客车舒适性。通过总结、归纳此类振动问题的分析、解决方法,以期对其他轨道客车出现的振动问题提供相关经验。 According to the abnormal vibration problem of vehicle floor found during Shenyang Metro vehicle acceptanc,vibration rootcause is investigated from two aspects such as vibration source and transmission path.Related finding is the specific parts and positions of the floor vibration caused the passenger room floor vibration.The corresponding solution measures are put forword and the vibration problem is finally solved,which ensures the comfort of the vehicle.This paper summarizes the analysis and solutions of this kind of vibration problem,so as to provide relevant experience for other rail vehicle vibration problems.
