包装方式及包衣处理对杂交水稻“灰质化”种子质量的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Packaging Methods and Coating Treatment on the Quality of"Grey-Matter"Hybrid Rice Seeds

摘要 试验以杂交稻隆两优华占为研究对象,探讨了不同比例“灰质化”种子,在不同包装方式(真空包装和常规包装)和是否使用种衣剂的条件下恒温恒湿贮藏90 d后,种子发芽率、发芽势、苗高、种子活力指标的变化。结果表明:当“灰质化”种子比例在0~20%范围内时,采用真空包装贮藏的种子其质量不会发生显著性变化,但采用常规包装的种子其发芽势、发芽率和种子活力显著下降;正常种子和“灰质化”比例在20%以下的种子使用种衣剂进行包衣处理后贮藏,其种子质量不会发生显著性变化;但不使用种衣剂进行包衣处理的种子,其发芽势、发芽率和种子活力将显著下降。基于上述结果,笔者提出可通过采用真空包装、使用抑菌种衣剂进行包衣处理和控制种子“灰质化”比例在15%以下这3种措施来保持“灰质化”种子的贮藏质量。 Taking hybrid rice LongliangyouHuazhan as the research object,the changes of germination percentage,germination potential,seedling height and seed vigor indexes of different proportions of"gray-matter"seeds were investigated after 90 days of constant temperature and humidity storage under different packaging methods(vacuum packaging and conventional packaging)and with or without seed coating agent.The results showed that when the proportion of"gray-matter"seeds was in the range of 0-20%,the quality of seeds stored in vacuum packaging did not change significantly,but the germination potential,germination percentage and seed vigor of seeds in conventional packaging decreased significantly.The quality of normal seeds and seeds with the proportion of"gray-matter"below 20%did not change significantly after coating with seed coating agent.However,the germination potential,germination percentage and seed vigor of the seeds coated without seed coating agent decreased significantly.Based on the above results,the authors suggest that the storage quality of"gray-matter"seeds could be maintained by vacuum packaging,coating with bacteriostatic seed coating agent and controlling the proportion of"gray-matter"below 15%.
