基于Global-Malmquist-Luenberger模型的中部6省农业绿色全要素生产率研究

Research on the Agricultural Green Total Factor Productivity in Six Central Provinces Based on the Global-Malmquist-Luenberger Model

根据我国中部6省2006—2020年农业绿色生产的面板数据,运用Global-Malmquist-Luenberger模型对各省农业绿色全要素生产率进行测算和分析。研究表明:2006—2020年中部6省农业绿色发展呈向好趋势,技术进步明显,但仍然存在技术转化效率不高、资金投入不足和资金管理水平不高等问题;除安徽省外,中部地区其余省份农业绿色发展水平总体呈现出上升的趋势,主要原因是安徽省农业绿色生产技术转化效率不高、资金投入和资金管理存在疏漏。因此,提出转变发展模式,因地制宜探索农业发展新模式;加大资金投入、优化资金管理,提高技术效率;完善机制建设,加快推进农业绿色发展进程等建议,以促进中部6省农业绿色和可持续发展。

Based on the panel data of agricultural green production in China's six central provinces from 2006 to 2020,this study uses the Global-Malmquist-Luenberger model to calculate and analyze the agricultural green total factor productivity of each province.The research finds that the green development of agriculture in six central provinces from 2006 to 2020 showed a good trend,and the technological progress was obvious,but there were still problems such as the low efficiency of technology transformation,insufficient capital investment and low level of capital management.What’s more,except for Anhui Province,the level of agricultural green development in other provinces in the central region showed an overall upward trend,which was mainly due to the low efficiency of agricultural green production technology transformation and the low level of capital investment and management in Anhui Province.Therefore,this study proposes to change the development model,and explore new models of agricultural development according to local conditions;increase capital investment,optimize capital management,and improve the technical efficiency;improve the mechanism construction,and accelerate the process of the green development of agriculture,so as to promote the green and sustainable development of agriculture in six central provinces.
