智力障碍学生厨房劳动课程开发的实践研究 被引量:1

摘要 在全面加强新时代大中小学劳动教育的大背景下,阳城县特殊教育学校根据智力障碍学生的生活需求和学习特点,坚持育人为本,积极开展厨房劳动校本课程的开发与实践研究,建构厨房劳动校本课程体系,形成厨房劳动“五步导学法”课堂教学模式,建立学生评价体系,开发校本教材,家校协同共育,突出了劳动教育树德、增智、强体、育美的综合育人价值,有效促进了学生劳动习惯的养成和厨房劳动技能的提升,为其适应社会生活和生存打下坚实的基础。 Under the background of comprehensively strengthening labor education in universities,middle schools and primary schools in the new era,Yangcheng County Special Education School,based on the living needs and learning characteristics of students with intellectual disabilities,adheres to education oriented,actively carries out the development and practical research of school-based curriculum for kitchen labor,constructs a school-based curriculum system for kitchen labor,forms a classroom teaching mode of“five step learning guidance”for kitchen labor,establishes a student evaluation system,develops school-based textbooks,and cooperates with home and school education,It highlights the comprehensive educational value of labor education in cultivating morality,increasing intelligence,strengthening physical fitness and cultivating beauty,effectively promotes the cultivation of students’labor habits and the improvement of kitchen labor skills,and lays a solid foundation for their adaptation to social life and survival.
