北京冬奥培育大学生积极心理品质的价值探析

An Analysis on the Value of Cultivating College Students’the Positive Psychological Characters in the Beijing Winter Olympics

2022北京冬奥会的成功举办向全世界展示了自信从容的中国形象,其所弘扬的和平、公正、民主、自由的全人类共同价值,与积极心理学中积极心理品质的研究理念不谋而合,为高校加强大学生心理健康教育提供了生动的素材。总结北京冬奥会所体现的积极心理教育元素,分析其对当代大学生积极心理品质培育的价值与机制,并对高校以冬奥为契机培育大学生积极心理品质提出可行性建议,有利于深入挖掘北京冬奥在大学生成长成才与心理健康教育方面的积极作用。

The success of 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics has shown the world a confident image of China,and the common values of peace,justice,democracy and freedom promoted by it coincide with the research concept of positive psychological characters,thus providing vivid materials for college students’mental health education.This paper summarizes the elements of positive psychological education in the Beijing Winter Olympics,and analyzes its value and mechanism for cultivating the positive psychological characters of contemporary college students,then puts forward feasible suggestions for universities,in order to deeply explore the positive role of Beijing Winter Olympics in college students’growth and mental health education.
