绿色家庭创建是绿色创建行动的重要内容,是建设美丽中国、推动绿色发展的必然要求。“绿色家庭”的提出,经历了一个理论和实践不断探索的过程,体现了我们党对社会主义生态文明建设规律和绿色家庭创建规律的认识。绿色家庭创建有深刻的马克思主义哲学依据、政治经济学依据和科学社会主义依据,要求广大家庭自觉践行绿色生产方式和简约适度、绿色低碳生活方式,自觉加强家庭文明建设。推进绿色家庭创建,需要强化领导机制、组织保障机制、政策保障机制和社会保障机制。绿色家庭的创建,对于推动广大家庭和家庭成员参与生态共建、生产生活方式绿色转型以及生态环境治理,对于推动中国特色社会主义生态文明建设广泛、长远和深入开展,均具有十分重要的意义。

Building green families is an important part of the green movement and an inevitable requirement for promoting green development and building a beautiful China.The proposal of“green family”has gone through a process of constant exploration in theory and practice,and reflects CPC’s understanding of the rules of constructing socialist ecological civilization and green families.Solidly founded on Marxist philosophy,political economy and scientific socialism,building“green families”calls for all the families to actively adopt the methods of green production,live a simple,moderate,green and low-carbon lifestyle,and encourage civilized manners among family members.In promoting the building of“green families”,it is necessary to strengthen leadership mechanism,organizational guarantee mechanism,policy guarantee mechanism,and social security mechanism.Building green families is of great significance not only for mobilizing all the families and their members to join hands in ecological construction,green transformation of producing and living styles,and ecological environmental governance,but also for propelling our country to launch the ecological civilization construction with Chinese characteristics on all fronts,in the long run and in a deep-going way.
