Face Recognition Technology in Smart Library Scene——Taking Library of Kunming Medical University as an Example

根据十九大报告“建设智慧社会”的构想,智慧图书馆将会成为未来图书馆信息化发展的必然趋势。以新技术革命为载体,人脸识别技术在各个大学图书馆中广泛运用,成为推广智慧服务的主要切入口。文章结合工作中的具体实践,探讨了如何引进人脸识别技术,以及如何将这一技术与图书馆的现有服务相结合,将技术转化为智慧服务能力,全面支持读者的拓展学习和知识创新。

According to the idea of “building a smart society” in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,smart libraries will become the inevitable trend of library informatization development in the future.Relying on the new technological revolution,face recognition technology is widely used in various university libraries and has become the entrance to promote intelligent services.Based on the practical work,this paper discusses how to introduce face recognition technology and how to combine this technology with the existing services of the library,so as to transform the technology into smart service ability and comprehensively support the readers’ extended learning and knowledge innovation.
