文章对各产业集团合同管理工作的合规性进行了研究,报告了合同管理的专业化及个性化现状,开展了合同管理全流程的需求调研,以各产业集团运营管控、产业单位自身经营管理为驱动,根据省管产业单位信息化建设规划纲要意见,开展合同管理信息化研发建设。基于统一开发技术框架,构建省管产业单位自主的信息化集团型公司信息化平台。通过统一内网信息门户建设,提高了合同业务工作的效率。

This paper studies the compliance of contract management work of various industry groups,reports the current situation of specialization and personalization of contract management,conducts demand research on the whole process of contract management.Driven by the operation control of various industry groups and the operation and management of industrial units themselves,it carries out the development and construction of contract management informatization,according to the opinions of the provincial industrial units’ informatization construction planning outline.Based on the unified development technology framework,build an independent informatization group company informatization platform for provincial industrial units.The efficiency of contract business has been improved through the construction of a unified intranet information portal.
