摘要
针对体积为80 m^(3)的小型系留气球地面系留特性,设计锚泊车总体结构。首先进行锚泊车总体布局、结构设计、材料选择、工艺设计;然后开展有限元分析、安全性分析,显示该锚泊车满足强度及安全性设计要求;最后对该锚泊车运输性进行分析,结果显示,该锚泊车安装方便、机动性强。该设计方案可为小型系留气球锚泊车的设计、研制提供参考。
The overall structure of the mooring vehicle is designed according to the ground tethering characteristics of a small mooring balloon with a volume of 80 m^(3). Firstly, the overall layout, structure design, material selection and process design of the mooring vehicle are determined. Then the finite element and safety analysis are carried out, and the results show that the mooring vehicle meets the strength and safety design requirements. Finally, the transportability of the mooring vehicle is analyzed and the results show that the mooring vehicle is easy to install with strong mobility. The design scheme can provide reference for the design and development of small tethered balloon mooring vehicle.
