摘要
针对通航外委维修中存在的风险因素,以SHELL模型作为统计分析方法,建立通航外委维修风险指标体系。运用模糊层次分析法(FAHP)计算出各风险指标的权重,采用Markov链对通航外委维修的风险状态进行综合评估和预测。以某通航单位外委升级应答机设备案例为例,运用FAHP-Markov结合的方法对风险状态进行了评估和预测,结果较为客观地反应了该通航单位本次外委工作的风险等级,验证了该评估方法的实用性和有效性。
In view of the risk factors existing in the outsourcing maintenance of general aviation industry, the risk index system of outsourcing maintenance is established by using SHELL model as a statistical analysis method. Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP) is used to calculate the weight of each risk index, and Markov chain is used to comprehensively evaluate and predict the risk state of general aviation outsourcing maintenance. Taking the outsourcing upgrade transponder equipment of a general aviation company as an example, the risk state is evaluated and predicted by FAHP-Markov method. The results can objectively reflect the risk level of the general aviation outsourcing maintenance and verify the practicability and effectiveness of the evaluation method.
