一种宽带高功率正交电桥设计

摘要 介绍了一种宽带高功率正交电桥设计,提出了一种宽带高功率正交电桥的设计方案,采用新型功率介质材料使正交电桥可应用于宽带高功率组件,分析了该正交电桥的峰值功率容量。结果表明在100~250MHz频带内插入损耗小于0.3dB,电压驻波比小于1.25,平均功率为1kW。 This paper introduces a design of broadband quadrature bridge with high power,proposes a design scheme of broadband quadrature bridge with high power,adopts new power dielectric material to make the quadrature bridge be applicable to broadband high-power component,analyzes the peak power capacity of this quadrature bridge.The results show that the insertion loss is less than 0.3 dB,and the voltage standing wave ratio is less than 1.25,and the average power is 1 kW in the 100~250 MHz frequency band.
