摘要
吸波材料是一种具有重要作用的电磁功能材料。以天线腔体中吸波材料为例,开展切割工艺研究,研究了吸波材料的加工情况,分析切割工艺,设计专用工装,仿真分析力学性能,完成工艺流程设计,加工并装配切割刀具,对吸波材料进行加工试验,验证了机用刀具切割工艺的可行性及天线相位的一致性。采用机用刀具切割工艺,能够实现吸波材料零件的批量生产,提高了零件加工的合格率和生产效率。
Absorbing material is a kind of electromagnetic functional material with important role.This paper takes absorbing material in antenna cavity as an example to study the cutting process,researches into the processing of absorbing material,analyzes the cutting process,designs the special tooling,simulates and analyzes the mechanical properties,completes the process design,machines and assembles the cutting tools,performs the process test for absorbing materials to verify the feasibility of machine tool cutting technology and the consistency of antenna phase.Using machine tool cutting technology can realize the mass production of absorbing material parts and improve the qualified rate and production efficiency of parts processing.
