基于“一气周流”理论探讨老年糖尿病前期的辨治 被引量:1

摘要 老年糖尿病前期常见于老年人(≥60岁)血糖异常,血糖值在正常范围内与升高之间浮动,属于现代社会常见的一种老年慢性代谢性疾病。此类人群随着生活环境影响,很容易发展成为糖尿病患者,故要准确了解此类人群发病的病因病机,在发展为糖尿病之前要对症治疗及干预。从黄元御“一气周流、土枢四象”的观点进行研究,以中气为根基,左路升发、右路敛降,达到气机流转、运行不息的目的,通过对老年糖尿病前期的病名、病因、病机及辨证论治进行系统地整理归纳,使老年糖尿病前期的患病率降低,避免并发症的出现影响老年人的生活质量,为治疗老年糖尿病前期提供创新点。 Senile prediabetes,a common senile chronic metabolic disease in modern society,is mainly manifested as an abnormal blood glucose in the elderly (≥ 60 years old),with their blood glucose values fluctuating between the normal and elevated levels.With the impact of social living environment,these people can easily develop into diabetes patients,so it is necessary to accurately understand the etiology and pathogenesis of this kind of population,and to treat and intervene symptomatically before the development of the disease.Huang Yuanyu puts forward the theory of "circular flow of primordial qi and primordial qi serving as the pivot of the four images",which argues that the primordial qi,functioning as a foundation,ascends in the left and descends in the right,so as to achieve the goal of continuous flow of qi.By referring to his theory,the paper systematically summarizes the disease name,etiology,pathogenesis,and treatment based on syndrome differentiation of senile prediabetes,in a bid to reduce its morbidity and to avoid the occurrence of complications,which may affect the quality of life of the elderly.It is expected that the study can provide some innovative points for the treatment of senile prediabetes.
