蒲金散加味治疗心悸

Clinical efficacy of modified Pujin powders in the treatment of palpitation

目的探讨蒲金散加味治疗心悸的临床疗效。方法选取心悸患者70例,依据随机数表法分为治疗组与对照组,各35例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合蒲金散加味治疗,分析比较2组的临床疗效、心电图效果、心功能变化,BNP、hs-CRP和TNF-α水平以及内皮细胞功能的变化。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率(88.57%,31/35)高于对照组(77.43%,25/35)(P<0.05);心电图有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组心功能变化优于对照组,CO和LVEF水平均显著升高(P<0.05),LVEDD和LVESD水平显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后2组BNP、hs-CRP和TNF-α水平均明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组BNP和hs-CRP水平显著降低(P<0.05);治疗组内皮细胞功能优于对照组,FMD和NO水平显著升高(P<0.05),ET-1水平均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论蒲金散加味辅助治疗心悸患者,可有效减轻心悸症状,降低心脏炎症反应,改善心功能和内皮细胞功能,疗效理想,值得临床推广应用。

objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified Pujin powders in the treatment of palpitation.Methods Seventy patients with palpitation were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the treatment group was treated with modified Pujin powders on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,ECG effect,changes in heart function,levels of BNP,hs-CRP and TNF-α and endothelial cells function were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group (88.57%,31/35) was higher than that of the control group (77.43%,25/35) (P<0.05),the effective rate of ECG was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05),the changes of cardiac function in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the levels of CO and LVEF were significantly increased (P<0.05),while the levels of LVEDD and LVESD were significantly decreased (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of BNP,hs-CRP and TNF-α in both groups were decreased significantly (P<0.05),and the levels of BNP and hs-CRP in the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the endothelial cells function of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the levels of FMD and No were significantly increased (P<0.05),while the levels ET-1 were significantly decreased in both groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of palpitation with modified Pujin powders can effectively relieve the symptoms of palpitation,reduce the inflammatory reaction of the heart,improve the heart function and the endothelial cells function,which has an ideal effect and is worthy of clinical application.
