通经调脏推拿治疗脑卒中合并高脂血症

Clinical effect of the massage therapy for dredging channels and regulating zang viscera in the treatment of stroke complicated with hyperlipidemia

目的 观察通经调脏推拿治疗脑卒中合并高脂血症的临床疗效及对运动功能与日常生活能力的影响。方法 将脑卒中合并高脂血症患者78例按双盲法随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组39例。2组均予基础治疗即康复训练+饮食控制,在此基础上,治疗组配合通经调脏推拿治疗,对照组予药物治疗,比较2组治疗前后血脂水平、运动功能以及日常生活能力变化。结果 4周后,治疗组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平较治疗前无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗前后血清总胆固醇、血清三酰甘油水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组运动功能与日常生活能力改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 通经调脏推拿可改善血脂水平,提高脑卒中后患者运动功能及日常生活能力。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the massage therapy for dredging channels and regulating zang viscera in the treatment of stroke complicated with hyperlipidemia and its influence on the motor function and daily living ability.Methods A total of 78 stroke patients complicated with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group by a double blind method,with 39 cases in each group.Both groups were given a basic treatment,i.e.,rehabilitation training plus diet control.Besides,the treatment group was treated with the massage therapy of dredging channels and regulating zang viscera,while the control group was treated with drugs.The changes in the blood lipid level,motor function and daily living ability before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the treatment group compared with those before treatment (P>0.05),while the difference in the levels of serum total cholesterol and serum triacylglycerol before and after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05).The improvement in motor function and daily living ability in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The massage therapy for dredging channels and regulating zang viscera can improve the blood lipid level,motor function and daily living ability in post-stroke patients.
