磁混凝设备在矿井水应急处置工程中的应用

摘要 区别于常规污水处理工程,应急处理工程需满足建设周期短、占地面积小、快速达标排放的要求。以宁夏回族自治区某煤矿应急处置工程为例,重点介绍了磁混凝设备在煤矿矿井水应急处理中的应用情况,为矿井水应急处置工程提供参考。该应急抢险工程采用磁混凝一体化应急设备,处理现状满负荷运行的煤矿污水处理厂的溢流污水,工程设计规模为10000 m^(3)/d,建设费用(包括设备费用、运输、安装、配套设施建设等)为112.3万元,工程设计、施工、调试达标不超过7天。运行结果表明,矿井水处理后出水COD^(cr)≤10 mg/L,BOD_(5)≤8 mg/L,氨氮在0.1~0.2 mg/L,总氮≤4 mg/L,总磷≤0.02 mg/L,SS在2.0~5.0 mg/L,pH值在7~8,远超《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标堆》(GB 18918—2002)一级A排放标准和《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)中COD、氨氮Ⅲ类标准。 Emergency wastewater treatment project,which has short construction period,small land occupation area and rapid discharge,is different from the conventional wastewater treatment project.This paper emphatically introduced the application of magnetic coagulation equipment in the emergency treatment of coalmine water,taking a coalmine emergency project in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region as an example,which provided a reference for the emergency treatment of coalmine water.The emergency wastewater treatment project with the application of magnetic coagulation integrated equipment was built to deal with the overflow wastewater of present coalmine wastewater treatment plant.The design capacity was 10000 m^(3)/d,and the construction cost of this project(including equipment cost,transportation,installation,supporting facilities construction,ect.)was 1.123 million yuan.The period of design,construction and commissioning of the project reached the standard was less than 7 days in total.The operation result showed,the effluent COD^(cr)≤10 mg/L,BOD_(5)≤8 mg/L,ammonia nitrogen at 0.1~0.2 mg/L,TN≤4 mg/L,TP≤0.02 mg/L,SS at 2.0~5.0 mg/L,pH at 7~8,was better than the requirement of level A grade 1 in GB 18918—2002 pollutant discharge standard of municipal wastewater treatment plants and level Ⅲ of COD cr and ammonia nitrogen in GB 3838—2002 Environmental quality standards for surface water.
