高强立柱支护在葫芦素煤矿双回撤通道围岩控制中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 为了保证工作面在末采期间回撤通道的稳定性,实现设备安全高效回撤,以葫芦素煤矿21102综采工作面为背景,提出了回撤通道围岩稳定性控制的支护方式,即顶板长锚索+帮部中长锚索+锚杆+双排高强支柱的支护方式。高强支柱采用新型ZKD型高水速凝充填材料,内部充填速凝高强材料。为防止立柱歪倒,采用长1.5 m的树脂锚杆与顶板锚索用卡扣连接,将树脂锚杆与高强立柱浇筑成一体,立柱外侧采用HDPE树脂套管约束,并间隔200 mm采用约束钢带箍筋。工程实践表明,在工作面末采期间,回撤通道采用锚网索+高强支柱的支护方式,能有效控制回撤通道顶板和帮部的变形,取得了较好的围岩控制效果。 In order to ensure the stability of the drawback channel during the final mining period of the working face and realize the safe and efficient drawback of equipment,taking 21102 fully-mechanized working face of Hulusu Coal Mine as the background,the supporting method of surrounding rock stability control of the drawback channel was proposed,that is,the supporting method of long roof anchor cable+long wall anchor cable+anchor rod+double row high-strength pillars.High-strength pillar adopts new-type-ZKD type high-water quick-setting filling material,and the interior is filled with quick-setting high-strength material.In order to prevent the column from falling down,a 1.5 m long resin bolt was used to connect the roof anchor cable with fasteners,and the resin bolt and high-strength column were poured into one.HDPE resin sleeve was used to restrain the column outside,and restrained steel band stirrups were used at intervals of 200 mm.The engineering practice showed that during the final mining period of the working face,the supporting mode of anchor net cable+high-strength pillar can effectively control the stability of the roof and side of the withdrawal passage,and achieve better surrounding rock control effect.
