螯合铁肥对艾生长及产量品质的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析螯合铁肥对艾生长动态及产量品质的影响,筛选适宜艾生长的螯合铁肥浓度。方法:采用田间小区试验,设置4个不同浓度螯合铁肥处理,以喷清水为对照,测定艾生长指标及品质产量。结果:艾生物量、产量、铁、镁、锌、挥发油、桉油精、龙脑含量均以喷施600倍液螯合铁肥效果最佳,叶产总量达1 752.8 kg/hm^(2),较CK高16.85%,第一茬艾叶挥发油、桉油精、龙脑含量分别为0.74%、0.075%、0.058%,第二茬艾叶分别为0.68%、0.072%、0.054%。结论螯合铁肥低浓度喷施可不同程度促进艾生长,提高艾产量及品质,以600倍液喷施效果最佳。 Objective:To analyze the effects of chelating iron fertilizer on the growth dynamics,yield and quality of Artemisia argyi and screen out the suitable concentrations.Methods:A field plot experiment was conducted to determine the growth,yield and quality index of A.argyi by spraying chelating iron fertilizer at four different concentrations and spraying water as a control.Results:Spraying 600 times liquid chelating iron fertilizer had the best effect on the biomass,yield,iron content,magnesium content,zinc content,volatile oil,eucalyptol and borneol content.The total leaf yield was 1752.8 kg/hm2,which was16.85%higher than the control.The contents of volatile oil,eucalyptol and borneol were 0.74%,0.075%,0.058%in the first stubble and 0.68%,0.072%,0.054%in the second stubble.Conclusion:Spraying low concentration of chelating iron fertilizer can promote the growth and improve the yield,quality of A.argyi in different degrees,which spraying with 600 times liquid had the best effect.
