牛至种子萌发特性研究

Study on the Seed Germination Characteristics of Origanum vulgare L. ssp. vulgare L.

目的:研究不同环境因子及贮藏条件对牛至种子萌发的影响,以指导实际生产育苗。方法:分别在不同温度、光照强度、土壤含水率条件下开展种子萌发试验,研究其发芽情况。采用室温干藏、室温沙藏、4℃沙藏、-20℃沙藏4种方式进行种子贮藏试验,设置6种不同贮藏时间。结果:牛至种子在25℃、土壤含水率40%~50%发芽率高,出苗时间短。随贮藏时间增加,发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数总体呈现降低趋势,低温贮藏在1年内效果比常温好,之后效果下降。结论:牛至种子无明显休眠现象,在适宜的气温及水分条件下即可萌发,新鲜种子比陈种子育苗效果好,贮藏种子可综合考虑贮藏时间、成本等因素选择适合的贮藏方式。

Objective:The effects of different environmental factors and storage conditions on seed germination of Origanum vulgare L.ssp.vulgare L.were studied to guide seeding breeding in the actual production.Methods:Seed germination experiments were carried out under different temperatures,light intensity and soil moisture content conditions.Four storage methods(dry storage at room temperature,sand storage at room temperature,sand storage at 4℃,sand storage at-20℃)and six storage time were set in this study.Results:The seed germination rate of O.vulgare ssp.vulgore was higher and the seeding emergence time was shorter under 25℃and 40%~50%soil moisture content.With the increase of storage time,the germination rate,germination potential,and germination index showed a general decreasing trend.The effect of low temperature storage was better than that of normal temperature within a year,but decreased one year later.Conclusions:Seeds of O.vulgare ssp.vulgare had no obvious dormancy,and could germinate under appropriate temperature and moisture conditions.Fresh seeds germinated better than old seeds.Storage time and cost should be considered comprehensively to select suitable storage methods.
