摘要
多糖作为无花果中主要的生物活性成分,具有极高的食用及药用价值。本文总结了近年来无花果多糖在提取工艺、分离纯化、化学结构组成及生物活性方面的研究进展。首次归纳了其在化妆品领域和载药系统中的应用,为无花果多糖在相关药品和化妆品产品中的应用提供参考,以期进一步综合利用开发无花果多糖。
As the main biological active compound in the water extract of Ficus carica L.polysaccharide(FCPS)has high edible and medicinal value.In this paper,we overview the research progress of FCPS in extraction technology,separation and purification,chemical structure composition and biological activity in recent years.The applications in the field of cosmetics and drug delivery system are summarized for the first time.This review provides a reference for FCPS related medicinal and cosmetic products,and in order to further comprehensively utilize and develop FCPS.
