大学生专业认同与职业决策困难关系:心理资本中介作用

The Relationship between College Students’ Professional Identity and Career Decision-making Difficulty: Mediating Role of Psychological Capital

职业决策困难对大学生就业有重要影响。研究随机选取796名大学生为研究被试对象,探讨大学生专业认同与职业决策困难之间的关系,并考察了心理资本的中介作用。结果表明,大学生职业决策困难与专业认同和心理资本间显著负相关;专业认同与心理资本显著正相关;专业认同负向预测职业决策困难;在专业认同与职业决策困难之间,心理资本起完全中介作用。

Career decision-making difficulty has an important impact on the employment of college students. The study randomly selected 796 college students as research subjects, explored the relationship between college students’ professional identity and career decision-making difficulty, and examined the mediating role of psychological capital. The results show that college students’ career decision-making difficulty is significantly negatively correlated with professional identity and psychological capital;professional identity and psychological capital are significantly positively correlated;professional identity negatively predicts career decision-making difficulties;psychological capital plays a complete mediating role in the relationship between professional identity and career decision-making difficulties.
