葛根芩连汤治疗动脉粥样硬化的药理学基础研究进展

Research progress on pharmacological basis of Gegen Qinlian Decoction in the treatment of atherosclerosis

动脉粥样硬化是导致心肌梗死、缺血性卒中和外周血管疾病等心血管疾病的根本原因。目前,西医治疗动脉粥样硬化仍以干预脂代谢为主,他汀类调脂药物作为西医主要的抗动脉硬化药物,在临床应用过程中会造成肝损伤和肌溶解等不良反应,使其应用受到一定局限。在长期的临床实践过程中,中医药对动脉粥样硬化的防治研究取得了良好的进展,葛根芩连汤是一个传统的中医经典方,能够调节血脂和控制炎症,还对肠道菌群有非常好的调节作用,能有效地控制动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展。文章通过对经典方葛根芩连汤的中药组成、有效成分、药理作用和临床应用研究以及该方治疗动脉粥样硬化的相关研究进行系统综述,为葛根芩连汤临床应用以及抗动脉粥样硬化相关疾病的药理学基础与临床研究提供更多的参考依据。

Atherosclerosis is the root cause of cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial infarction,ischemic stroke and peripheral vascular disease.At present,Western medicine still focuses on intervention of lipid metabolism in the treatment of atherosclerosis.As the main anti arteriosclerosis drug in Western medicine,statins can cause adverse reactions such as liver injury and myolysis in the clinical application process,which limits its application.In the long-term clinical practice,the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis of traditional Chinese medicine has made good progress.Gegen Qinlian Decoction is a traditional Chinese medicine classic prescription,which can regulate blood lipid and control inflammation,and it also has a very good regulation of the gut microbiota,so it can effectively control the occurrence and development of arteriosclerosis.In this paper,the traditional Chinese medicine composition,effective ingredients,pharmacological effects and clinical application of Gegen Qinlian Decoction and the related research on the treatment of atherosclerosis were systematically reviewed,which provided more reference for the clinical application of Gegen Qinlian Decoction and the basic and clinical research of antiatherosclerosis related diseases.
