应用铍针松解治疗“跳跃者膝”的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Beryllium Needle Release in the Treatment of"Jumper's Knee"

目的探讨“跳跃者膝”患者应用铍针松解治疗的临床效果。方法方便选取2020年9月—2021年6月期间在白山市中医院接受治疗的72例髌腱炎“跳跃者膝”患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组给予毫针常规针刺法;观察组实施铍针松解治疗法,比较两组治疗前后的疼痛程度,治疗后的不良反应发生率、治疗有效率。结果治疗前,两组疼痛评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组总治疗有效率77.78%低于观察组总治疗有效率97.22%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.571,P=0.033)。两组患者的不良反应发生率均为0.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用铍针松解治疗“跳跃者膝”,能减轻患者的痛苦,并取得较好的临床治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of beryllium needle release therapy in patients with"jumper's knee".Methods From September 2020 to June 2021,72 patients who received patellar tendinitis"jumper's knee"in Baishan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to the random table,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given routine acupuncture with filigree needles,while the observation group was given beryl‐lium needle release acupuncture.The pain degree before and after treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment,and the effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the control group 77.78%was lower than the observation group 97.22%,the differ‐ence was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.571,P=0.033).The incidence of adverse reactions in both groups was 0.00%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of beryllium acupuncture in the treatment of"jumper's knee"can relieve the pain of the patients and achieves better clinical therapeutic effects.
