中医药辨证论治慢性创面30例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 30 Cases of Chronic Wound Treated by TCM Syn⁃drome Differentiation

目的探讨中医药辨证论治慢性创面的临床疗效。方法于2020年6月—2021年6月随机选取仪征市人民医院中医科门诊符合纳入标准的慢性创面患者60例,随机分为治疗组、对照组,各30例。在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组使用中药方案,对照组使用西医方案,治疗8周后观察两组患者疗效、Bates-Jensen评分及不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为96.67%,对照组为93.34%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05)。治疗后两组Bates-Jensen评分均小于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后均未发现不良反应。结论中医药辨证论治慢性创面疗效确实,与西医治疗方案相当,适合在基层医院开展应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of TCM syndrome differentiation in treating chronic wounds.Methods From June 2020 to June 2021,60 patients with chronic wounds who met the inclusion criteria in the outpa‐tient department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Yizheng People's Hospital were selected.Randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each.On the basis of routine treatment,the treatment group used tradi‐tional Chinese medicine,and the control group used western medicine.After 8 weeks of treatment,the curative effect,Bates-Jensen score and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate was 96.67%in the treatment group and 93.34%in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05).After treatment,the Bates-Jensen scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).But there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).No adverse reactions were found in the two groups of patients after treatment.Conclusion The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in treating chronic wounds based on syndrome differentiation is reliable,which is equivalent to that of western medicine,and is suitable for application in primary hospitals.
