雌激素或避孕药治疗青春期功能性子宫出血的效果及不良反应率分析

Effect and Adverse Reaction Rate of Estrogen or Contraceptive in the Treatment of Adolescent Functional Uterine Bleeding

目的探讨雌激素或避孕药治疗青春期功能性子宫出血患者的临床应用。方法随机选择该院2019年6月—2021年6月收治的100例青春期功能性子宫出血患者为研究对象,按照摇色子法分为对照组(n=50)与治疗组(n=50),对照组给予雌激素治疗,治疗组采用避孕药进行治疗,观察两组患者治疗情况。结果治疗组患者临床有效率为96.00%,不良反应发生率为4.00%,出血症状缓解用时(12.52±4.11)h,完全停止出血用时(48.51±2.03)h均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.060、7.161,P=0.013、0.007;t=4.060、34.684,P<0.001)。结论为青春期功能性子宫出血患者提供避孕药进行治疗,可显著提升患者治疗效果,减少不良反应症状发生。

Objective To explore the clinical application of estrogen or contraceptives in the treatment of pubertal functional uterine bleeding.Methods 100 patients with adolescent functional uterine bleeding who were treated in this hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were randomly selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group(n=50)and the treatment group(n=50)according to the shaker method.The control group was treated with estrogen,the treatment group was treated with contraceptives,and the treatment conditions of the two groups were observed.Results The clinical effective rate in the treatment group was 96.00%,the incidence of adverse reac‐tions was 4.00%,the time required to relieve bleeding symptoms was(12.52±4.11)h,and the time to completely stop bleeding was(48.51±2.03)h,were better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.060,7.161,P=0.013,0.007;t=4.060,34.684,P<0.001).Conclusion Providing contraceptives for treatment of adolescent functional uterine bleeding can significantly improve the treatment effect and reduce the occurrence of ad‐verse reactions.
