康复护理干预在超声引导下针刀治疗肩袖损伤患者中的作用价值

The Value of Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention in the Treatment of Pa⁃tients with Rotator Cuff Injury under Ultrasound-Guided Acupotomy

目的分析康复护理干预在超声引导下针刀治疗肩袖损伤患者中的作用。方法方便选取该院2019年2月—2020年2月接收的肩袖损伤患者68例为研究对象,随机分为康复护理的研究组34例,行常规护理的对照组34例。护理后记录两组患者的术后愈合时间、综合行动能力与疼痛评分。结果研究组愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组四肢运动功能与步行能力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组VAS评分(5.7±2.0)分高于研究组(3.2±1.5)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.536,P<0.05)。结论对于超声引导下针刀治疗肩袖损伤患者应用康复护理干预模式,能够有效改善患者治疗效果,在临床上有着重要的应用意义。

Objective To analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with ro‐tator cuff injury under ultrasound guidance.Methods Conveniently selection 68 patients with rotator cuff injury re‐ceived in the hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were randomly divided into 34 cases in the study group of rehabilitation nursing and 34 cases in the control group of routine nursing.After nursing,the postoperative healing time,comprehensive mobility and pain score of the two groups of patients were recorded.Results The healing time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Af‐ter nursing,the motor function and walking ability of limbs in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of the control group(5.7±2.0)points was significantly higher than that of the study group(3.2±1.5)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.536,P<0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of patients with rotator cuff injury under ultrasound-guided acupunc‐ture,the application of rehabilitation nursing intervention mode can effectively improve the treatment effect of pa‐tients,which has important clinical significance.
