预防ICU小儿气管插管非计划性拔管中应用集束化护理的效果

Application of Cluster Nursing in Preventing Unplanned Extubation of Tracheal Intubation in ICU Children

目的讨论预防ICU小儿气管插管非计划性拔管中应用集束化护理的效果。方法随机选取2019年1月—2020年12月收治的ICU患儿60例,电脑随机分成研究组与对照组。研究组30例,采取集束化的护理模式;对照组30例,采取常规的护理模式。比较两组患儿护理后的效果及在开展护理措施后患儿并发症的情况。结果对照组患儿的并发症发生率明显高于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿的非计划性拔管数量概率6.66%低于对照组的53.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=15.555,P<0.05);研究组患儿护理满意度高于对照组护理满意度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对ICU患儿采取集束化的护理模式,能够有效预防发生非计划性的拔管,减少患儿痛苦,提高临床护理质量,还能够减少置管相关的并发症,提高患儿家属对护理服务的满意度。

Objective To discuss the effect of cluster nursing in preventing unplanned extubation of tracheal intuba‐tion in ICU children.Methods Randomly selection 60 children in ICU from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into study group and control group.30 cases in the study group were treated with cluster nursing mode;30 cases in the control group were treated with routine nursing mode.The effects of nursing care and the com‐plications of children in the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of complications in the control group was significantly higher than that in the study group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the prob‐ability of unplanned extubation in the study group was 6.66%,which was lower than 53.33%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=15.555,P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of children in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu⁃sion Adopting a clustered nursing model for ICU children can effectively prevent unplanned extubation,reduce the pain of children and improve the quality of clinical care,also reduce complications related to catheterization and im‐prove the satisfaction of families of children with nursing services.
