心理疏导配合微信健康宣教对绝经期取环门诊手术中的应用

Application of Psychological Counseling Combined with Wechat Health Education in Outpatient Surgery for Menopausal Ring Removal

目的探讨心理疏导配合微信健康宣教应用于绝经期患者行取环门诊手术中的应用价值。方法采用随机抽签法将2020年1月—2021年2月在该院行取环手术的150例绝经期患者分为观察组和对照组,各75例。对照组行常规的护理模式,观察组则施以心理疏导配合微信健康宣教护理干预。对两组患者干预前后焦虑、抑郁评分情况进行比较,评估两组取环困难率,记录比较两组护理满意度和不良反应发生情况。结果干预后,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均有所下降,且观察组SAS、SDS评分分别为(41.21±6.18)分、(38.43±5.76)分,均低于对照组的(49.68±7.45)分、(46.71±7.00)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.578、7.910,P<0.001);观察组取环困难率为6.67%,明显低于对照组的22.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.670,P=0.005);观察组和对照组护理总满意率分别为97.33%,88.00%,观察组护理总满意度明显较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.807,P=0.028);与对照组(16.00%)比较,观察组不良反应总发生率(5.33%)较低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.776,P=0.034)。结论对绝经期行取环门诊手术患者给予心理疏导配合微信健康宣教护理干预,能有效调节患者的心理状态,减轻其焦虑、抑郁等负面情况和取环困难率,提高护理满意度水平,同时降低不良反应发生情况。

Objective To explore the application value of psychological counseling combined with WeChat health education in outpatient ring removal surgery for menopausal patients.Methods A total of 150 menopausal patients who underwent ring removal surgery in the hospital from January 2020 to February 2021 were divided into an obser‐vation group and a control group by random drawing,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine nursing mode,while the observation group was given psychological counseling combined with WeChat health education and nursing intervention.The anxiety and depression scores of the two groups of patients before and after the intervention were compared,the difficulty rate of ring removal in the two groups was evaluated,and the nursing satisfaction and the incidence of adverse reactions were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results Af‐ter the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups decreased,and the SAS and SDS scores of the observa‐tion group were(41.21±6.18)points and(38.43±5.76)points,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group(49.68±7.45)points and(46.71±7.00)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.578,7.910,P<0.001).The difficulty rate of ring removal in the observation group was 6.67%,which was significantly lower than 22.67%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.670,P=0.005).The total nursing satis‐faction rates of the observation group and the control group were 97.33%and 88.00%,respectively.The observation group had significantly higher total nursing satisfaction,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.807,P=0.028).Compared with the control group(16.00%),the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(5.33%)was lower,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.776,P=0.034).Conclusion Psychological counseling combined with WeChat health education and nursing intervention for menopausal patients undergoing ring re‐moval outpatient surgery can effectively adjust the patient's psychological state,reduce their anxiety,depression and other negative conditions and the difficulty rate of ring removal,improve the level of nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
