助剂对硝磺草酮药液性状及除草活性的调节作用

Regulating effects of adjuvants on solution characteristic and herbicidal activity of mesotrione

采用室内除草活性试验测定7种助剂对硝磺草酮的有效性,利用仪器测定添加不同助剂后硝磺草酮稀释药液表面张力、接触角、铺展直径、干燥时间等性状,采用田间试验方法比较不同助剂使硝磺草酮在减量应用下对玉米田杂草的防除效果。结果表明,迈丝、渗透者、杰效利和倍创对硝磺草酮的增效幅度较大,均高于13.5%。添加4种助剂后,硝磺草酮药液表面张力和接触角显著降低,铺展直径显著增加,干燥时间除倍创外均显著降低,其中迈丝和渗透者药液性状调节作用优于杰效利和倍创。添加不同助剂均降低硝磺草酮用量1/3以上,同时有效提高对禾本科杂草的防效,其中迈丝和渗透者对硝磺草酮的田间杂草防除增效作用优于杰效利和倍创。

The effectiveness of seven adjuvants on mesotrione was measured by indoor test herbicidal activity.At the same time,the surface tension,contact angle,spreading diameter and drying time of liquid of mesotrione added with different adjuvants were measured by instruments,and the control effects of application of mesotrione reduction on weeds in the corn field were compared by field experiment.The results showed that Maisi,Shentouzhe,Jiexiaoli and Beichuang all increased the efficiency of mesotrione by more than 13.5%.After adding four kinds of adjuvants,the surface tension and contact angle of liquid of mesotrione decreased significantly,the spreading diameter increased significantly,and the drying time decreased significantly except for Beichuang.Among them,the regulating effects of Maisi and Shentouzhe on the properties of liquid of mesotrione were better than those of Jiexiaoli and Beichuang.The addition of different adjuvants could reduce the dosage of mesotrione by more than 1/3,and effectively improve the control effects on gramineous weeds.The synergistic effects of Maisi and Shentouzhe on the field weed control of mesotrione were better than those of Jiexiaoli and Beichuang.
