摘要
我国职业教育面临着职业资格证书与学历证书分离、行业用人制度与职业教育制度分离、职业教育社会影响力偏低以及学习成果缺少量化工具等诸多问题。文章针对职业教育存在的问题,探讨国家资历框架和行业人才能力标准的内涵,并从职业教育发展动力、产教融合与校企合用、职业教育培育体系和评价体系、跨国资历互认及书证融通制度等层面阐述基于国家资历框架的行业人才能力标准在职业教育中的作用。
China’s vocational education is faced with many problems, such as the separation of vocational qualification certificates and academic certificates, the separation of industry employment system and vocational education system, the low social influence of vocational education, and the lack of quantitative tools for learning achievements. In view of the problems in vocational education, this paper discusses the connotation of the national qualification framework and the industry talent ability standard, and expounds the role of the industry talent ability standard based on the national qualification framework in vocational education from the aspects of the development impetus of vocational education, the integration of industry and education and the sharing of schools and enterprises, the vocational education training system and evaluation system, the transnational mutual recognition of qualifications and the documentary credit system.
