摘要
在生态移民背景下,移民区语文教育问题逐渐受到重视,其中移民区小学语文学困生的转化工作最为紧要。文章采用文献研究法、案例分析法,以及实验教学研究法,对移民区语文学困生的成因进行分析,并从增加有效沟通、创设多媒体情境、借助问题引导、实施分层教学、开展探究活动、实行家校共育等方面,对移民区语文学困生的转化策略进行探究,以期为相关教育工作者帮扶移民区语文学困生提供有效参考,进而有效提高移民区语文教学质量。
Under the background of ecological migration, the issue of Chinese education in immigrant areas has been gradually taken seriously, among which the transformation of students with language learning difficulties in immigrant areas is the most critical. The article adopts the methods of literature research, case analysis and experimental teaching research to analyze the causes of the students with language learning difficulties in the immigrant areas, and explores the transformation strategies of the students with language learning difficulties in the immigrant areas from the aspects of increasing effective communication,creating multimedia situations, guiding with problems, implementing hierarchical teaching, carrying out inquiry activities, and implementing family school education, it is expected to provide effective reference for relevant educators to help the poor students in the immigrant areas, and then effectively improve the quality of language teaching in the immigrant areas.
