摘要 近年来,我国自上而下出台一系列文件、政策,不断加快“双师型”教师队伍建设。针对目前“双师型”教师质量不高、校企双向流动不畅、管理体制机制不灵活、专业化水平偏低等问题,辽宁石化职业技术学院从“一平台、一根基、三队伍、三保障”入手,探索了“双师型”教师队伍长效、动态建设机制,满足了新时代育人和师资发展需求。 In recent years, our country has issued a series of documents and policies to continuously speed up the construction of "double-qualified" teachers. In view of the current problems such as the low quality of "double-qualified" teachers, the poor two-way flow between schools and enterprises, and the low professional level, the inflexible management system and mechanism, this paper starts with "one platform, one foundation, three teams, and three guarantees", and explores the long-term and dynamic construction mechanism of the "double-qualified" teachers to meet the needs of education and teacher development in the new era.
