Development of Local Digital Economy in the"14th Five-Year Plan"and Its Enlightenment to Communication Operators

“十四五”时期,在国家政策的持续推动下,地方政府密集出台数字经济政策规划,因地制宜扶持数字经济相关产业发展。文章通过分析地方政府在数字经济发展目标、新基建、产业数字化、数字产业化、数字化治理等重点领域的政策走向,透视各地数字经济的发展路径、建设重点,并从数字信息基础设施建设、产业数字化、科技创新应用和产业链协同等方面提出建议,为运营商把握政策机遇主动融入地方数字经济建设提供参考借鉴。

During the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,under the continuous promotion of national policies,local governments issued a series of digital economy policy plans to support the development of digital economy-related industries.By analyzing the policy trends of local governments in key areas such as digital economy development goals,new infrastructure construction,digital transformation of traditional industries,expansion of digital industry,and digital governance,this article clarifies the development paths and construction priorities of the digital economy in each province.And put forward development suggestions for communication operators,in order to help operators seize policy opportunities and actively participate in the construction of local digital economy.
