摘要
目的基于3.0T MR平台,探讨并行采集技术在GE乳腺动态增强(VIBRANT)中的应用。方法前瞻性选取2020年1月~2020年12月在汕头大学医学院附属肿瘤医院行MR动态增强扫描的70例乳腺癌患者,均为女性,所有患者均使用并行采集技术的动态增强扫描和不使用并行采集技术的动态增强扫描检查。计算两种检查方法的扫描时间、图像的空间分辨力、信噪比和对比度并进行统计学分析,比较两种检查方法动态增强MR使用并行采集技术和不使用并行采集技术的扫描时间、图像质量、诊断效能敏感性、特异性和准确性。结果VIBRANT乳腺动态增强扫描中,使用并行采集技术扫描时间较不使用并行采集技术明显缩短(P<0.05)。两种检查方法的图像空间分辨力相同。两种检查方法图像的信噪比和对比度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。以病理学诊断为金标准,两种检查方法动态增强MRI对病灶诊断的敏感性、特异性、精确度和负预测性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两种检查方法均与乳腺癌病理学诊断具有高度一致性。结论基于并行采集技术的VIBRANT乳腺动态增强扫描序列具有良好的诊断敏感性、特异性和准确性,在显著缩短扫描时间的前提下并不影响其诊断效能。
Objective To explore the application of parallel acquisition technology in GE breast dynamic enhancement(VIBRANT)technology based on 3.0TMR platform.Methods 70 patients with breast cancer who underwent MR dynamic contrast-enhanced scanning from January 2020 to December 2020 in the Affi liated Cancer Hospital of Shantou University Medical College were selected prospectively,all of whom were female.All patients were examined by dynamic enhanced scanning with parallel acquisition technology and dynamic enhanced scanning without parallel acquisition technology.The scanning time,spatial resolution,signal-to-noise ratio and contrast of the two methods were calculated and compared statistically.The scan time,image quality,diagnostic performance sensitivity,specifi city,and accuracy of the two methods of dynamic contrast-enhanced MR with and without the ARC technique were compared.Results In VIBRANT breast dynamic enhancement scan,the scanning time with parallel acquisition technology technology was significantly shorter than that without parallel acquisition technology technology(P<0.05).The spatial resolution of the two inspection methods was the same.There was no signifi cant diff erence in signal-to-noise ratio and contrast between the two methods(P>0.05).Taking pathological diagnosis as the gold standard,there was no significant difference in the sensitivity,specificity,accuracy and negative predictive value of dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI between the two methods(P>0.05).Two methods were highly consistent with pathological diagnosis of breast cancer.Conclusion VIBRANT dynamic enhanced breast scan sequence based on parallel acquisition technology has good diagnostic sensitivity,specifi city and accuracy,and does not aff ect its diagnostic effi ciency on the premise of signifi cantly shortening the scanning time.
