小麦秸秆+鸡粪发酵料双孢蘑菇绿色高效栽培技术 被引量:3

摘要 针对泰州地区早期双孢蘑菇生产培养料堆腐发酵用工量大、发酵堆腐不彻底,导致播种后不发菌或杂菌污染的现象,特引入利用小麦秸秆+鸡粪发酵料的双孢蘑菇绿色高效栽培技术,通过将浸泡过的麦草、鸡粪进行机械搅拌、添加石膏、补水、间隔送风、巴氏灭菌消毒等操作,不仅能使培养料缓慢升温,平衡料温,而且便于机械化操作,节省了大量的人工,同时产生的污水可引入混料池得到重复使用,对周边生态环境几乎没有影响,同时实现较高产量双孢蘑菇产量达26~32 kg/m^(2),且生产过程不使用化肥和农药,降低了生产成本,实现了全程绿色生产。 In view of the large amount of labor and incomplete heap rot in the early production culture material of Agaricus bisporus in Taizhou district,which resulted in no fruiting or miscellaneous bacteria pollution after sowing,the green and efficient cultivation technology of Agaricus bisporus using wheat straw and chicken manure fermentation was introduced.Specific techniques including operation of soaked wheat straw and chicken manure through mechanical mixing,add gypsum,hydrating,interval air supply,pasteurization disinfection,not only could make the substrates slowly heat up,balanced the material temperature at the same time,and was advantageous for the mechanized operation,saved a lot of artificial,but also could reuse the producing water introduced to sewage mixing pool,which almost have no impact on the surrounding ecological environment.At the same time,high yield was achieved,the yield of Agaricus bisporus could reach 26-32 kg/m^(2),and the production process didn’t need chemical fertilizers and pesticides,which reduced the production cost and realized the whole green production.
