Discussion on Process Safety Design Measures for Fine Chemical Reactions

本文从工艺设计的角度探讨精细化工反应设计过程中的注意要点和措施。在设计时从介质特性研究、热反应性研究、进料控制、应急电源供电、事故紧急切断、反应釜温度和压力联锁等方面考虑如何预防事故,采取紧急冷却、抑制减缓、猝灭或浇灌、倾泻、控制减压等措施来降低事故危害。

This paper discusses the points of attention and measures in the process of fine chemical reaction design from the perspective of process design.In the design,it should consider how to prevent accidents from the aspects of medium characteristic research,thermal reactivity research,feed control,emergency power supply,emergency shutdown,reactor temperature and pressure interlock etc.,and should adopt emergency cooling,suppression and mitigation,quenching or watering,dumping,pressure reduction control and other measures to reduce accident hazards.
