Analysis of Nonstandard-wearing-mask Phenomenon and Influencing Factors Among Subway Passengers in Shanghai

目的了解地铁乘客不规范佩戴口罩情况及影响因素,为进一步提高公众规范佩戴口罩行为提供依据。方法通过方便抽样法,于2021年9月、11月、12月三次选取某地铁枢纽站点不同时间段的乘客、周边旅游观光站的出站乘客、地铁车厢的乘客,现场观察其口罩佩戴情况,并记录其性别、年龄段、佩戴眼镜情况、打电话/发语音情况、带小孩情况等信息。三次调查分别观察了10461、11631和10911人次。结果口罩不规范佩戴率方面,大型地铁站的乘客总体为4.61%,三次结果持续下降(4.90%、4.68%、4.26%);地铁车厢的乘客总体为6.01%,三次结果持续下降(8.56%、5.52%、4.26%);观光地铁站点出站闸机乘客总体为7.34%,第三轮结果较前两轮下降明显(9.01%、9.39%、4.35%)。结论上海地铁疫情防控工作中的口罩佩戴宣传效果较好。今后应结合本次调查发现的影响因素采取综合措施,进一步提升地铁车厢乘客、地铁站内3岁以上儿童及家长、老年人的口罩规范佩戴率。

Objective To analyze the nonstandard-wearing-mask phenomenon and its influencing factors among subway passengers in Shanghai,so as to provide the basis for further improving the standard-wearing-mask rate of subway passengers.Methods Through the convenient sampling method,passengers from a certain subway hub station in different time periods,outbound passengers from surrounding tourist stations,and passengers from subway cars would be selected three times in September,November,and December 2021 to observe their wearing of masks on the spot,and record their gender,age,wearing of eyeglasses,making phone calls/voice calls,taking children and other information.A total of 10461,11631 and 10911 people were observed in the three surveys.Results In terms of the non-standard wearing rate of masks,the overall rate of passengers in large metro stations was 4.61%,and the results of the three times continue to decline(4.90%,4.68%,4.26%);the total number of subway car passengers was 6.01%,and the three results continued to decline(8.56%,5.52%,4.26%);the overall rate of passengers at the exit gate of the sightseeing subway station was 7.34%,and the third round results were significantly lower than the first two rounds(9.01%,9.39%,4.35%).Conclusion The propaganda effect of wearing masks in the prevention and control of epidemic situation in subway of Shanghai is good.In the future,comprehensive measures should be taken to further improve the standardized wearing rate of masks for subway passengers,children over 3 years old in subway stations,parents and the elderly in combination with the influencing factors found in this survey.
