重庆市中小学校健康教育现状调查

Investigation on Current Situation of Health Education in Primary and Secondary Schools in Chongqing

目的了解重庆市中小学健康教育开展现状,为制定学校健康教育策略提供依据。方法通过分层整群抽样的方法,对重庆市3个区县6所中学和7所小学的3618学生进行问卷调查。结果重庆市虽然开设了中小学健康教育课程,但是不能保证课时,也没有配套统编的课本和专职健康教育教师。非留守儿童的健康知识得分高于留守儿童(P<0.05)。健康行为形成率方面,小学生高于中学生、非留守儿童高于留守儿童(P<0.05)。结论应重视对中小学生的健康教育,建议由专业教师采用规范统编教材完成规定的健康教育课时量,规范健康学校的创建;平衡留守儿童和非留守儿童、小学生和中学生的健康知识及其技能与行为的发展,以全面提高中小学生的健康素养。

Objective To understand the current situation of health education in primary and secondary schools in Chongqing,to provide the scientific basis for the formulation of health education strategy in Chongqing.Methods By means of stratified cluster sampling,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 3618 students from 6 middle schools and 7 primary schools in 3 districts and counties of Chongqing.Results The survey found that although health education courses were offered in primary and secondary schools,the class hours could not be guaranteed,and there were no textbooks and full-time health education teachers.The health knowledge score of un-left-behind children was higher than that of left-behind children(P<0.05).The health behavior formation rate of primary school students were higher than that of middle school students,and that of un-left-behind children were higher than that of left-behind children(P<0.05).Conclusion Attention should be paid to the health education of primary and secondary school students,and suggest that professional teachers should use standardized textbooks to complete the specified health education class hours and standardize the establishment of health schools;balance the development of health knowledge,skills and behaviors of left behind children and non left behind children,primary and secondary school students,so as to comprehensively improve the health literacy of primary and secondary school students.
