摘要
工业化和城市化的快速发展,对水资源污染日益严重,因此需要高效率的污水处理系统以净化水资源。文章基于三菱PLC设计一种污水处理自动控制系统:有通信测试、单机控制和自动运行3种模式。系统采用分布式网络化控制结构,对硬件进行了选型,组建CC-LINK网络通信,并开发上位机实时监控和反馈系统数据,最终设计了系统软件程序,有效提高污水处理效率且实时监控污水处理的过程,提高污水处理的质量。
With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,the pollution of water resources is becoming more and more serious,so an efficient sewage treatment system is needed to purify water resources.This paper designs an automatic control system for sewage treatment based on Mitsubishi PLC:there are three modes:communication test,single machine control and automatic operation.The system adopts the distributed network control structure,selects the hardware,establishes CC-Link network communication,develops the host computer real-time monitoring and feedback system data,and finally designs the system software program to effectively improve the efficiency of sewage treatment,monitor the sewage treatment process in real time,and improve the quality of sewage treatment.
