摘要
近年来,人们的消费水平越来越高,也越来越习惯网络购物。由于消费者购买的订单数量巨大,每次购物潮之后都将出现物流高峰,多数消费者均遇到过慢发、错发、漏发等现象,严重影响消费者购物满意度。文章设计了一种基于PLC的包裹自动分拣装置控制系统,提出了总体方案设计、硬件设计、软件设计等,并进行了仿真验证,实验表明所设计的控制系统正确有效。
In recent years,people’s consumption level is getting higher and higher,and they are more and more used to online shopping.Due to the huge number of orders purchased by consumers,there will be a logistics peak after each shopping boom.Most consumers have experienced slow delivery,wrong delivery,missing delivery and other phenomena,which seriously affect consumer satisfaction.This paper designs a control system of automatic parcel sorting device based on PLC,and puts forward the overall scheme design,hardware design,software design,etc.The simulation results show that the designed control system is correct and effective.
