数字经济背景下我国区域创新能力评价——基于科技服务业与先进制造业协同视角

Evaluation of China’s Regional Innovation Ability Under the Background of Digital Economy——From the Collaborative Perspective of Science & Technology Service Industry and Advanced Manufacturing Industry

在文献梳理的基础上,本文分析了数字经济背景下科技服务业与先进制造业复合系统协同创新的机制,构建了协同视角下区域创新能力评价指标体系,基于我国2011~2020年相关数据,利用复合系统协同度模型测度了我国区域创新能力水平,并对我国不同区域的协同创新水平进行了比较。研究结果表明:数字经济背景下我国区域创新能力水平随着时间的推移逐渐上升,但总体水平相对较低,各区域协同创新发展水平存在一定的差异,东部地区水平最高,中部和西部地区次之,东北地区最差。基于研究结果提出了提升我国数字经济背景下区域协同创新协同发展水平的政策建议。

On the basis of literature review,the mechanisms of collaborative innovation in the composite system of science and technology service industry and advanced manufacturing industry are analyzed under the background of digital economy,the evaluation index systems of collaborative innovation capability are constructed.Based on the relevant data of China from 2011 to2020,the level of regional innovation capability in China is measured by using the composite system synergy model,the levels of different regional collaborative innovation are compared.The research results show that the synergy degree of China’s science and technology service industry and advanced manufacturing industry composite system has gradually increased over time,but the overall level is relatively low.There are certain differences in the development level of the synergy degree of each region.The synergy level of the eastern region is the highest,followed by the central and western regions,and the northeast region is the worst.Based on the research results,policy suggestions are put forward to improve the level of regional collaborative innovation and collaborative development in the context of digital economy in China.
