“非遗”视域下甘肃民间手工艺的传承与保护——以庆阳香包为例

Gansu Folk Hand from the Perspective of Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection and Inheritance of Craft:Taking Qingyang Sachet as an Example

庆阳香包又叫做荷包,庆阳民间称其为“耍活子”,作为庆阳当地端午节古老的民俗产品,寄托了当地人民一种驱邪、避灾、祈福的美好愿望,一直以来备受当地人民的青睐。但如今它的发展却存在着许多问题,致使庆阳香包难以发挥其应有的文化价值为庆阳当地的经济发展做出贡献。自2006年5月20日,庆阳香包绣制被列为第一批国家非物质文化遗产名录以来,庆阳香包的发展与保护被提上议程。文章基于庆阳香包在发展中面临的困难,分析了其存在的问题,提出了一系列发展策略,以期让庆阳香包更好地造福当地人民。

Qingyang sachet has a long history.This kind of embroidery is also called a purse,and Qingyang people call it "Shuaohuozi".As an ancient folk product of the Dragon Boat Festival in Qingyang,it embodies the good wishes of the local people to exorcise evil spirits,avoid disasters and pray for good luck,and has always been favored by the local people.However,there are many problems and bottlenecks in the development of Qingyang sachet,which makes it difficult for Qingyang sachet to play its cultural value and make contributions to the local economic development.Since the embroidery of Qingyang sachet was approved by the State Council of the People’s Republic of China as the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage on May20,2006,the development and protection of Qingyang sachet have been put on the agenda.Based on the difficulties faced by Qingyang sachet in its development,this paper analyzes its existing problems and puts forward a series of development strategies in order to make Qingyang sachet better benefit the local people in its inheritance and development.
